My Group Inquiry Project

Concerning the experience, it is true that this wasn’t the first time to present some work I did in group. Albeit, the challenge was transforming the presentation into a learning opportunity through using a new software, Focusky, as an alternative to Microsft Power Point. That experience has urged me to use one of the primitive means of research which is trial and error. I tried to let things move or do some transmission automatic and many other things. It offers 3D animated presentations that transmit between the slides with high dynamicity. Another important feature is the ability to work offline after downloading the theme you like to work on unlike Prezie so that was important to me. However, that didn’t went breeze, of course, I ended up mastering the software. By now, I have planned a couple of other presentations using Focusky with high confidence. This taps into learners’ success when they experience self-directed learning, with little challenge learners do best especially if it is a self-driven choice. Just like how I managed to learn Adobe Illustrator and some tricks on Adobe Photoshop. This inspires me of asking my students to try new technology on their areas of interest then transfer their successful experiences into language learning classroom which is one of the ultimate goals of education is produce autonomous, self-directed learners.
